Eli Gelardin
Executive Director, Marin Center for Independent Living (MarinCIL)
Eli Gelardin Is the CEO for the Marin Center for Independent Living (Marin CIL) and also serves as the Co-CEO and is on the Board of Directors for the Marin Aging and Disability Institute. He has 17 years of experience working in the field of disability justice.

During his 13 years of leadership at Marin CIL, the small grassroots and peer-led organization has expanded capacity to serve a diverse community of over 1500 individuals with disabilities (including older adults) every year.
Abby Yim
Executive Director, Integrated Community Services (ICS)
Prior to joining ICS as Executive Director, Abby worked across sectors; from an anti-poverty nonprofit as a fundraiser to a private equity firm as a researcher. Abby is a Marin native that has been a part of the ICS family since 2010.

She is excited to bring the passion for systems change advocacy she gained while studying Disability Studies at UC Berkeley along with her love for change-making storytelling to the work she is doing with ICS and our community.
Lee Pullen
Director Marin Aging and Adult Services
Lee serves as the director of the Office of Aging and Adult Services for the County of Marin and vice-president for the California Association of Area Agencies on Aging. He holds an M.S. in clinical psychology and has held a number of mental health, social welfare, managerial and executive management positions in the non-profit and public sectors.

With an expertise in building and strengthening networks, Lee has been a leader in community-wide planning and policy development and has collaborated with non-profits, municipalities and statewide organizations to develop connected systems of services and supports for older adults and persons with disabilities, including the 2020 plan for Age Forward: a framework for an Age-Friendly County of Marin.
Linda Jackson
Program Director, Aging Action Initiative
Linda M. Jackson is Program Director of the Marin Aging Action Initiative which is a collaborative professional network of people in the public, healthcare, higher education, and community-based sectors, all working for the well-being of older adults.

Previously, she was a planner with San Rafael, the Transportation Authority of Marin, and Austin, Texas. Linda currently is President of the San Rafael City Schools Board of Education, where she has been a trustee for 16 years. Linda also serves on the boards of the League of Women Voters Marin County, Sustainable San Rafael and several housing advocacy organizations.
